We are in Eastern Pennsylvania and take calls between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. If we are with another customer or on another line and unable to take your call, please leave us a message and we will get back with you promptly. 

Our online orders are processed through a totally secure credit card processing system. We accept credit card, debit card, and check orders through our shopping cart.

  • Your orders are packed with care and include an itemized packing slip. We rarely ever have breakage.
  • We ship complete orders and not partial ones. On the unusual occasion where we cannot do so, we contact you before shipping.
  • We ship out promptly. We ship within the US, to US military addresses and to many other countries. We currently cannot ship to the EU.
  • We offer a FREESHIP coupon code within the 48 contiguous US states for all orders over $139.
  • We make it easy for you to send gifts. There is an instructions box on our ordering form where you may include gift notes or special requests.
  • We offer a totally secure site for credit or debit card shopping. We also accept checks and money orders.
  • We are happy to accept phone orders.
  • To assist in your shopping, we offer a search feature at the top of each of our pages.

We would like to encourage our International customers to read our shipping policies on the Shipping page. We do not offer a flat rate for shipping outside of the US.
